1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pk804 ("pk804," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk804 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at https://pk804.app and any associated mobile-accessible domains.

By registering an account, logging in to pk804, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pk804's Privacy Policy and any other applicable rules or policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the pk804 platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pk804 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk804 strictly prohibits use by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, including a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. You are personally responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pk804 or any affiliated platform, whether through a self-exclusion request or an operator-initiated suspension.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any such person, of pk804 or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

pk804 operates under international gaming regulations. Pakistani players are responsible for compliance with applicable domestic laws. pk804 does not warrant the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in contravention of local law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the pk804 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, household, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering with pk804, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk804 login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify pk804 support immediately and change your password. pk804 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication.

pk804 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This includes requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and documentation of payment methods used. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk804 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are subject to applicable minimum and maximum amounts as displayed in the pk804 cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your pk804 account balance within a short processing window. pk804 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking hours, or network issues beyond our control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed pk804's KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review by pk804's compliance team. This review may take up to three (3) business days for standard accounts and may be expedited for higher VIP tier players.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible.
• pk804 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal transaction as part of its AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.

Any attempt to defraud pk804's payment systems, including initiating chargebacks with no legitimate basis, will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk804 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all pk804 promotions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or in some cases, the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• pk804 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation is detected.
• Only one pk804 welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Players who choose to receive a bonus must satisfy the associated wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may decline it at the point of deposit.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the pk804 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket (Test, ODI, T20I), UFC, boxing, and NBA — are published within the pk804 sportsbook and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuate in real time on live markets.
• pk804 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable error"), even after settlement.
• Bets will be settled based on official match results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). pk804 is not responsible for errors in third-party live data feeds.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the pk804 sports rules applicable to that market.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betslip and may vary by market.

7. Casino Games

pk804 Casino offers live dealer games (powered primarily by Evolution), slot titles from Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Red Tiger, and RNG table games. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. pk804 does not develop or control the software underlying these games.

Game outcomes in RNG games are determined by certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers under camera.

pk804 is not liable for any technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error that causes a game to be interrupted. In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game from completing, pk804 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct game state and settle the wager accordingly. In cases where this is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk804 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any stage of the KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one pk804 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate betting or gaming activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in any form of game play or bet placement.
• Using the pk804 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the pk804 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP obfuscation.
• Allowing a third party to operate your pk804 account, whether with or without your knowledge.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

pk804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• pk804 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
• The account holder's identity cannot be verified to pk804's satisfaction.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from a regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pk804 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure for a reason other than breach, any unencumbered balance (i.e., funds not subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk804 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in to pk804 for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended self-exclusion from pk804. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their specified duration and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk804 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the proprietary property of pk804 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk804 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk804 content without express prior written permission. Scraping of odds data, game content, or promotional materials is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk804 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk804 platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

pk804 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk804's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk804's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred in the first instance to pk804's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being notified to pk804 support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may or may not have jurisdiction over pk804's operations and agree to the dispute resolution process set out herein as the primary recourse.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk804 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pk804 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
